Where can I purchase tickets? Do I need to make a reservation?
Tickets are available for purchase online or on-site ticket booth counter located at the entrance, no reservation is required. Discounted tickets must be purchased at the on-site ticket booth with a valid ID. For online purchases simply present your ticket on your mobile device to the attendant, no printing is necessary!
How tall is the Dream Wheel?
It is 300 feet above ground.
How long is the ride? How many times does the Dream Wheel go around? Where does it take you?
It is 1 circular rotation that lasts 20-30 minutes.
How many groups would be grouped together?
For standard admission you may be grouped with one or two groups depending on the size.
Can I ride alone or only with my group? Is there an age limit?
Our standard gondola can fit up to 16 guests. During busy times, we may need to group parties of less than 6 together. With the exception of our VIP and Gold Class reservations, which ensure a private gondola. Guests of all ages are welcome; children riding alone must meet our height requirement of 52 inches.
Do you operate in the rain?
Yes, we operate in all sorts of precipitation. Dream Wheel may close due to severe weather, such as lightning within a 5-mile radius, strong hail, or consistent winds of 35 mph.
What are the differences between each gondola?
- Standard tickets: SHARED gondola containing a center bench for seating and can hold up to 16 riders. During busy times, Families of less than 6 will be grouped together.
- Gold Class tickets: PRIVATE gondola with a center table and bar stools that can hold up to 8 guests. Tickets include a non-alcoholic beverage on the house from DFL (lemonades, bottled drinks) and access to our V.I.P. Lounge.
- V.I.P tickets: PRIVATE luxury gondola with two tables, 6 leather rotating chairs, bluetooth speakers to play your own music, and holds up to 6 riders. Tickets include any non-alcoholic beverage from our drink menu on the house from DFL (lemonades, slushies, snow cones, bottled drinks), access to V.I.P. Lounge, and 10% off Wheel Shop
How long are the tickets valid? Can tickets be used more than once?
- Physical Tickets and online Tickets are valid for 1 year after the day of purchase.
- Online Tickets purchased through American Dream MUST be used by the end of the calendar year before they expire.
- All tickets are only good for one use.
Are you ADA accessible?
ADA Accessibility: Our gondolas are wheelchair accessible. However, the manufacturer restrictions require that those in powered wheelchairs transfer to a non-powered wheelchair, which we do have available for use during your visit.
Is it air conditioned?
The gondolas are climate controlled. Extreme weather may affect the temperature inside the gondola. You may contact the operator by using the call button inside the gondola to report for any discomfort.
What happens if I want to come down or get off the Gondola?
There is an emergency call button inside the gondola that connects you to the operator. In the event of an urgency, the operator may bring you down within a few minutes or less.
Where can V.I.P and Gold Class tickets be purchased?
Tickets can be purchased both online and in person. Same day V.I.P. tickets MUST be purchased on site.
